Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English.
- Utilize sales experience to assess customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and all banking-related questions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Stay updated on banking products and regulatory requirements to offer informed assistance. \
Requirements
- Proficiency in Danish and a solid understanding of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role, preferably in banking.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to the stunning island of Malta and embrace new experiences!
