About the Role:
Are you a Portuguese speaker looking for a new adventure abroad? As a customer or technical support agent, you will handle incoming calls, chats and emails in Portuguese, provide high‑quality and efficient customer service, follow company guidelines to offer accurate solutions, collect and manage information to respond effectively, ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Candidate Profile:
• Proficiency in Portuguese with a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism, with confidence and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Adaptability, attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in rotating and night shifts.
• Excellent active listening and advanced tech skills.
