About the Role:
Are you a French speaker with a passion for gaming? Join our client’s dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria as a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist. You will assist players by answering their inquiries in a friendly and empathetic manner via email and chat, ensuring an ultimate player experience. You will investigate and resolve issues, provide accurate information, and collaborate with other teams to address escalations while maintaining confidentiality and player privacy. Your role will help maintain high service quality and contribute to a positive gaming community.
Candidate Profile:
• Fluent French speaker with excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Passionate about gaming with knowledge of online games or a strong interest in the gaming industry.
• Empathetic listener with strong communication and typing skills, able to understand and relate to players’ perspectives.
• Team player who can work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; previous customer support experience is an advantage.
