Deine Aufgaben:
- Umsetzung der Product Compliance-Strategie mit Fokus auf aktuelle Markt- und Unternehmensprioritäten
- Hauptansprechpartner für regulatorische Kommunikation und Behörden
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsuntersuchungen und Unterstützung bei Kundenreklamationen
- Beratung zu regulatorischen Anforderungen zur Förderung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Kommunikation von Gesetzesänderungen und Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
- Kontinuierliche Risikobewertung zur Balance zwischen Compliance und geschäftlichen Entscheidungen
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ((inkl. technischer Inhalte und Dokumentation); Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur Risikobewertung und Unterstützung bei kommerziellen Entscheidungen
- Souveränität im Umgang mit herausfordernden Gesprächssituationen
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Technisches Wissen über regulatorische Anforderungen in spezifischen Produktkategorien.
