Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist

Help create a safer digital world. As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist, you’ll review user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and protect users by identifying and addressing potential risks — all while using your Danish and English skills to maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Exciiting opportunity to work from office based role in Sofia.
This is operating from 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00 Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts required)
What You’ll Do
Review and evaluate user content, which may include sensitive material, to ensure compliance with internal guidelines
Take swift and appropriate action on policy violations or potential risks
Stay current with internal procedures and updates to apply them accurately
Detect behavioral patterns and proactively flag emerging risks
Maintain strong documentation and reasoning behind decisions
What We’re Looking For
Native or fluent Danish, plus B2+ English
Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Comfortable handling sensitive or distressing material
Able to explain and defend decisions logically and clearly
Good organization and time management skills — able to handle shifting priorities and high workloads
Experience in fraud, spam, or content investigation is an advantage
