Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to a premium customer base, ensuring an excellent service experience across multiple channels.

Your tasks will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other written channels
- Providing personalized and solution-oriented support rather than high-volume call handling
- Managing customer requests, questions, and follow-ups with attention to detail
- Representing the brand in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed

Your profile:
- German native speaker with fluent English
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Already based in Lisbon and in possession of a valid NIF number
- Comfortable handling phone and written communication without a high-pressure call-center pace
- Interested in a long-term, stable in-house role
- Motivated to grow professionally and take on more responsibility over time
