About the Role:
This is a hybrid position in France requiring regular on-site presence in Normandy (approximately two weeks per month) - Full location details shared at a later stage of the process -
A technology company operating both locally and internationally is seeking its next Chief Financial Officer to support its strategic growth and expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Committee, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, strengthening governance, and supporting long-term value creation. You will act as a true strategic partner to leadership while overseeing Finance, Accounting and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the company’s overall financial strategy to support growth
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking and cash flow
- Lead fundraising activities and maintain investor relationships
- Oversee M&A projects and support strategic expansion initiatives
- Ensure strong financial governance, accounting oversight, and team leadership
Profile:
- Significant financial leadership experience within tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments
- Proven success in capital raising, investor relations, and M&A execution
- Expertise in corporate finance strategy and advanced financial modeling
- Executive-level leadership presence
- Fluent in French and English
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 100k€/year basics depending on profile and experience
