My client is one of the biggest and coolest tech companies in the world and is looking for an awesome employee that will be fundamental for their Norwegian clients’ relations: their first impression will depend on you!
You will become the first point of contact of their enterprise customers and it will be your responsibility to maintain the relationship with them: they will send you their inquiries stating their technical issue, you will check if the warranty of their product is still valid and escalate the case to the right department.
More in details, you will be receiving the inquiries to their CRM system, meaning that you won’t spend much time over the phone. It won’t be a typical call center environment but more a place where you help your customers and, only once the problem has been solved, you will be informed and you will follow up to ensure that they are satisfied.

The salary is 23.5k per year and it is a permanent contract. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and develop your career in several areas depending on your skills.

The right fit:
Whether you are a recent graduate, or a professional that wants to kick-start their career and gain some relevant experience in a multinational environment, then this is the perfect job.
For you to fit in with the company culture, you need to have some good communication and PC skills, be fluent in both Norwegian and English and enjoying working in a welcoming and friendly team.
If you have some experience working in an office it’s a good advantage (e.g. working as customer service agent, secretary, administrative employee, etc.) but it’s not necessary.
