Prestigious language service provider has an opportunity for a Personnel Assistant to join their HR team. This is a one year contract to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will provide support on a variety of generalist topics, with a key focus on recruitment.
Main duties will cover:
Managing all incoming applications to the recruitment mailbox
Identifying and developing effective recruitment plans for candidate attraction
Actively promoting all live vacancies across all relevant channels including social media
Briefing of and relationship building with recruitment agencies and consultants
Liaising with candidates, line managers and agencies on interview arrangements
Organising the testing of candidates
Carrying out interviews in conjunction with the line manager
Providing support to line managers and supervisors on people-related issues
The successful candidate will have experience within an HR Assistant or similar role with particular emphasis on recruitment, experience with job boards and CV databases. experience of having advised line managers on a variety of HR/staff issues, good knowledge of current employment legislation and good MS Office skills. You will ideally be able to commence immediately.
Salary: to £27,000 per annum.
