Having recently moved into amazing new offices in the heart of London, our client an internationally renowned travel booking platform, are currently expanding their Customer Services division and we are looking for ambitious and energetic German, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian speakers looking to join the company at a very exciting time!
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for overseeing all customer service and operational requirements for customers
You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls and emails in your native language as well as providing further information re their travel plans as and when required.
Successful candidates will have at least 18 months of previous customer service experience having worked in a contact centre or office based Customer Services team.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be able to speak, read and write English and at least one of the following languages to native level:
