This telephone based role requires an admin professional who is a self-starter and has a passion for sales and account development and also a very customer centric mind-set.
* Calling a new managed base of existing Italian clients to review their contact information and marketing preferences
* Calling existing Italian SME Mid clients to update their contact / client information and marketing preferences
* Setting call appointments with clients and the Italian Account Managers
* Aiming for maximum calls per day to achieve the set target and deliver project results
* Strong telephone skills
* Italian language (Business level)
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working under pressure
* A pro-active and flexible mind-set with a good work ethic is essential
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in sales and account development is a plus
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus
