French Speaking Customer Service Agent

£15,405 per year + relocation assistance
Working on behalf of a leading world wide company who sell consumer goods.
The role involves dealing with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose
of resolving routine problems with products or services in store.
Our Client look for candidates who have previous experience in customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You should be IT literate but not high-level as all training will be provided. Good knowledge of MS Office. A good working knowledge of call centre technology is desirable, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all people in a professional manner.
Candidates must speak fluent French and English
Relocation assistance can be provided – 4 weeks accommodation and flight costs reimbursed.
This is 37. 5 hours a week, candidates must be willing to work shifts as the contact centre is open Monday to Sunday, core hours 6am to 10pm.
