Within Member Services, like in all other teams within the enterprise , working hard under pressure is a given but the working environment is fun, international and offers many perks such as social activities including yoga, foosball tournaments and movie nights.
What you will be doing:
*Receive, investigate as needed and resolve complaints and questions from the panel members.
*Perform in line with the team performance indicators, such as number of tickets processed, turnaround time, panelist satisfaction.
*Support the organisations staff and their 3rd party vendors with their questions related to Member Services.
*Proofreading texts in the target language which will be used in communications towards the panel members.
*Translate and proofread texts from English to your language which will be used in communications towards the panel members, e. g. on the website, e-mail messages.
*Carrying out personal performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation to improve the efficiency.
*Work with the Quality team to detect panelist fraudulent behaviour and ensure a high quality level of our research data.
The ideal candidate:
*Excellent knowledge of the language (mother tongue or bilingual) specific to your role.
*Speak Swedish and English to a Native level.
*Excellent client service attitude.
*Good people and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals.
*You would need to be able to handle multiple channels simultaneously, as well as being able to handle multiple online chat conversations at the same time.
*Have previous office based Customer Service experience.
Hours must be worked between the following times: Monday to Friday 9am- 5. 30pm, early finish on a Friday after which you are welcome to join the team for a drink in the office.
Start date: 29th October, following an outlook test Interviews will be held in the next couple of weeks.
