As a Customer Advisor you will represent a global tobacco company and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. Listening to your customers, advising them on different products as well as solving any issues will be part of your daily tasks. This is a versatile B2C role which suits and enthusiastic customer service professional.
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills in on of the following languages: Slovenian, Croatian, Romanian
Good command of English
Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
Customer service experience
