On behalf of our renowned iGaming client based in Sunny Malta, we are looking for German Customer Service Agents to join their fun and dynamic team, in their modern, bright offices.
A customer Service agent is the key to a successful online operation, the agent is the link between the customer and each department. As a company we like people with that little extra and we want to communicate that to our players so they feel a part of our little family and that they feel they are in good hands.
Role and Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered
- Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards
- Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work
- Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in communication and marketing
- Excellent in written communication in both English and German
- Experience from online gaming is meritorious
