The role:
- Have an efficient, professional and personalised rapport with customers via various communication methods
- Create and keep an effective collaboration with the client’s partners
- Maintain a constructive state of mind in difficult and stressful situation
- Always be on the lookout for an effective solution to the Customer’s inquiries while also improving your performance
Requirements:
- Fluent level of English and in either German, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Italian, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Polish
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and goal orientation
- Experience in negotiations is a plus
- Business knowledge and commercial awareness
- Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Target success driven
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload
