Online Marketing Sales Expert (m/f) – Native German Speaker
Location :Lisbon – Portugal
You will be part of a team of top class sales professionals. You will drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities.
Part of your daily activities will be:
•Generating leads and conduct lead management by contacting new and existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis,identifying sales opportunities
•Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
•Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
•Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients
•Grow revenue by up-selling towards the clients
•Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
The training period for the Online Marketing Sales Expert is four weeks of class room training plus one additional week of training with sample leads. The training has a duration of 8 hours per day and the starting times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h. During the training you will receive an sight in to your future work field which will include:
•Integration in to the Teleperformance Portugal team
•Training for new computer software programs
•Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
•Customer and sales management training for telephone, e-mail and(chat)contact
•On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.

•Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal
•Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration
