Our office is based in the heart of Belfast City Centre so we are looking for candidates who are willing to work from home initially across the UK with the view to relocate to Belfast as soon as is safe to do so. For anyone living outside of the UK, you can relocate to Belfast & you will have the opportunity to work & train from the comfort of your apartment/your new long-term accommodation. We also offer a generous relocation package!
As an email support advocate, you’ll be working on behalf of a global tech giant, responding to customers issues regarding their technical products and services and providing an appropriate resolution for the customer. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
You will be responding to customer enquiries from new and existing customers and helping them with any problems or questions they may have about their technical products and services. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready provide our customers with a professional service with the aim of providing first contact resolutions. This is a blended role meaning you may be required to work in multiple channels ranging from social media, community forums and email support (Social media support could be offered in English). Our office is open 6am-11pm Mon-Sun (hours dependent on language).
What you need:
This is a customer and technical support led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Technical experience is essential and telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.
Training will be conducted virtually and can last anywhere between 3-8 weeks and an assessment must be passed at the end of each week to graduate from training. Up-Skill training will be conducted after probation.
