Our client, a leading provider in are looking for a German speaking support agent to join their team in Malta.
Are you good at dealing with other people? Does it motivate you to solve problems and help customers? Our clients customer service team is one of the foundations of their success.
You are then the first point of contact for our clients customers and communicate with them via e-mail and live chat
You are always informed about our clients promotions and offers
You work closely and across functions with other teams such as Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Marketing
You support our clients team with new ideas and suggestions for improvement in order to make the company even better
During the first 6-8 weeks you will learn everything that is important for the position in paid training
Our client encourages ongoing education and offer regular training to learn and refresh expertise, market trends and best practices
Fluent knowledge of German & English minimum C1 level of written & spoken
You are customer orientated enjoying contact with customers and solving their problems.
Tech-savvy? You can use the common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems, such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.
You will be a multitasker that is able to work in a dynamic work environment and are able to work on 3 chats at the same time.
Flexible. You are ready to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 a. m. and midnight.
Experience in iGaming or sports betting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
