As a Customer Advisor you will represent a global tobacco company and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. Listening to your customers, advising them on different products as well as solving any issues will be part of your daily tasks.

Basic salary is 1100 Euro gross p/m which is after tax around 820 Euro net p/m. Please note that the cost of living in the city of Athens is very low, where you can rent your own furnished apartment in the city centre of Athens from around 250 euro p/m, your monthly public transport pass costs no more than 30 Euro and you can do very cheap food shops with lots of fresh fruit, veg and fish! There is also monthly bonuses to earn of up to 100 Euro p/m gross.
