A key executive that holds the responsibility of managing the compliance & legal agenda for the Templeton Group. This is a stand alone role rather than a people management role.
The L&C Manager will be the organisations key executive to ensure the business is protected and is able to trade compliantly across all jurisdictions it chooses to practice business.
These will include the EMEA/APAC & Americas. As a consequence the delivery of contractor engagements will need to meet local/jurisdictional legal/compliance and employer/employee requirements, ensuring that if a client were to audit its sub-contractor population, any contractors supplied by Templeton would be legitimately engaged and therefore pose no financial or legal risk to Templeton.
