About the Role:
Homebased German Speaking Customer Support
Barcelona, Spain
Salary €25,000 + €3,300 bonus per year = €28,300 including bonus (bonus paid monthly €275 per month)
Job Duties
Excellent opportunity to join this leading company. Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat with any account issues that they have.
Essential Criteria
· Fluent German and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc
Candidates must already be in Catalonia, and have a laptop and a fast internet connection.

Permanent contract with 1 month probation.
They will start working from home, equipment will be send 4-5 days before their starting date.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Candidates must already have work permission for Spain.
