About the Role:
German Speaking Customerr Support
Szczecin, Poland
Salary €16,350 per year + relocation package = flight, 7 night hotel + €220 per month for first 3 months
Our client is recruiting for German speaking Customer service advisors to assist businesses with their payment systems with customers.
Job duties:
Dealing with customers over the phone, live chat and email regards their ecommerce payment systems.
Ensuring the businesses are maximising the products to ensure their customers our happy.
Essential Criteria
Fluent German and English
Customer Focused
Good knowledge of mobile devices and good general computer skills.
