Responsibilities:
- Calling to drive campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers. Prioritize calling and profiling activities in accordance to customers ranking
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Follow up on warm leads
- Build a relationship and provide guidance throughout the full sales process
- Understand the values of the company in order to be able to provide excellent service
- Quoting and placing proposal and pricing to future clients and customers
- Working collaboratively with the team
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Candidate must hold EU passport/ID or Residence permit for Greece
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
