Dutch Speaking Technical Support – Tier 1
€27,000 per year
• Handling phone calls, live chats and emails from customers, troubleshooting to find a solution. If unable to solve then escalating the issue to the next tier of support.
• Offer excellent customer service during the technical support process.
• Working with a ticketing system to resolve issues and liaising with other tiers of support to ensure the customer issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Have good IT knowledge and customer service skills
Have knowledge of IT technology ie routers, TCP/IP, Firewalls etc
Fluent Dutch and English
Ideally have previous call centre experience but not essential
Team player with good time management skills
This role will be initially remote from anywhere in Republic of Ireland but will be office based in Cork when safe to return to the office.
Please note the role must be carried out in the Republic of Ireland from Day 1 of employment.
Relocation of €200 provided after 4 months employment (relocation receipts must be provided)
