They're looking for a fast learner who'll be quick to understand the value of their products and services and articulate it effectively to potential customers at the in English and Italian. This is a new business development role; you'll be finding problems to solve and scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team with key decision makers across international markets, including Italy. You'll do this via email, phone and social media and field inbound opportunities as well as creating leads via outbound prospecting.
You need motivation and outstanding communication skills in English and Italian to join this team and also an open mind, coachability and hunger to learn fast and prove yourself. The rewards are not limited to the financial (£30-32k base, £38-40k very achievable in year 1, working with an amazing team and inspirational mentors); you'd be arriving in a positive, progressive environment (currently remote but moving to a 2-3 day hybrid model) with a clear progression path and joining a hyper-fast growing EMEA team.
You'll speak and write English and Italian fluently and if you have some IT or business development experience that would be amazing but not a must; motivation and spark are the winners here.
