Who are we looking for?
Accenture Portugal is looking for a dynamic and bilingual individuals to join our talented team of Customer Experience Associates working on project for one of our global leading clients.
Your work
You will work on one of our digital marketing projects in Technology Industry. You will specifically communicate with Clients that are based on the GERMAN market and be their first point of contact regarding billing/technical issues and upselling. It is B2B Customer Care role.
Required Skills and Experience
- High ability/native speaker in German (mandatory)
- Full professional proficiency level in English (mandatory)
- Experience in customer service, helpdesk, retail, digital marketing, sales or any administrative or customer facing job role (desired)
- Ability to learn software's and work in digital environment
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management/Organization skills
- Ability to take on customer feedback and work towards service improvement
Willingness to learn new areas and become an expert in the area
