Basic salary £72,500 + package
Our client is recruiting for a Senior Recruiter with at least 7 years Recruitment experience who has experience of dealing with Senior level management ie CEOs, Directors to assist with the hiring of staff.
· Recruiting for customers in Germany and also in other EU countries.
· Leading and mentoring other recruiters.
· Monitoring trends and implementing process changes them so the company stays ahead of the game.
· Proactive sourcing of candidates, screening, assessing, hire of candidate and building pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
· Managing the entire recruitment process from initial candidate contract through to Day 1 of hire.
· Native level German and fluent English language skills (written/verbal)
· Experience of recruiting plans and tools planning and building.
· Experience managing candidate searches, projects and client relationships
· Excellent client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
· Able to fulfil recruiting strategy, including candidate management, sourcing, interviewing and employer promotion.
Candidates must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom granted.
· Experience of working within Retail or e-commerce (corporate, buying, planning or strategy functions) or of hiring for Retail, FMCG, e-commerce, consulting or other professional services sector client
· Experience working in an international environment
· Have Search experience in house, or within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing organisation.
Candidates must already have work permission for the United Kingdom.
