About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and have a passion for digital marketing? Would you like to work in an international environment for one of the leading online marketing giants based in their Dublin office? Then look no further as this will be the role for you!
The role
As a Technical Support Expert, you provide technical support for business clients as well as for digital marketing companies via email and chat. You will receive enquiries via a ticketing system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform. Asking the right questions to your clients, listening to their queries and solving their issues by navigating through a knowledge base system, will be part of your daily tasks.
Requirements
The successful Technical Support Expert has:

Fluency in English and German

Previous customer or technical support experience

Interest in Digital Marketing

Bachelor degree desired but not a must

Basic coding and debugging skills is desired

Curious, eager to learn and find solutions
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Dublin until you are successful! The basic salary for this role is 2588 Euro gross per month plus additional monthly bonus potential up to 300 Euros gross per month - annual package 34 650 €. Please note that there is also a 3000 Euro signing on bonus available.
