An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent NORWEGIAN speaker to join and international Customer Service team. The job is based in Belfast - a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore!
As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a very well-known global snack food company. You will receive incoming queries via phone and email where you will answer their queries on among others product/ingredient information. Customer satisfaction and first time resolution is important in this role. This is a versatile role that will suit someone with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more. Advance in wages to help with first months rent and deposit.
