Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting any problems clients may have via telephone, e-mail or chat
- Provide information about products & Services to the customers over the phone
- Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so
Job Requirements:
- Fluent French and English
- Technical background/troubleshooting skills & familiarity with technology
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
