About the Role:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our clients. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for the clients’ customers.

Responsibility:
- Responsible to support and provide information to the clients’ customers on holidays and hotels as the Advisor
- Attending to calls and emails
- You will be responsible to transform customer support queries in unique experiences.

Requirements
- Proficient in Swedish (C2)
- Advanced level of English
- Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
- Experience in the tourism area (preferential)
- For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
