About the job:
Providing telephone and written support for customer service questions and concerns.
Provide a high level of customer service, as well as provide updated guides and meet individual needs
Ensure appropriate response time while providing the highest level of service possible
For sales and marketing roles, you would assist companies in promoting digital marketing tools that can help them optimize their marketing campaigns
Requirements:
· Native level of spoken and written German (C2) + B2 English.
· Problem-solving skills
· Service oriented
· For sales and marketing positions: Previous experience in these areas is a plus
· Authorization to work in Portugal: Valid work permit or EU passport.
