Our client, a prestigious global translation services provider is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator at their Buckinghamshire Headquartets. The purpose of the role is to improve the service and experience received by corporate clientele, by both improving the speed and efficiency of response and in the quality of service provided.
The remit is to record customer orders and enquiries and pass to the correct internal team, correspond with the clients, provide quotes, support the Head of Customer Cere and analysise the root case of any customer complaints.
You will ideally have 1-2 years admin experience, preferably in a customer care role or similar, knowledge of German or French to A level standard or above, possess good organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
The salary is £23,000 per annum.
