About the Role:
We are looking for a fluent Dutch speakers with a good command of English who want to join an International Customer Advisor desk from the comfort of your own home. There are both part-time and full-time options available.
As a Car Rental Advisor you will represent a very well-known car rental company. Your contact with your clients will be done via incoming calls and emails. Answering queries about their booking, making new and amend reservations and solving any issues are all part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills in both DUTCH
- Good command of English
- Customer service experience
- Flexible attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop
