Purpose of the role:

  • Maintain and engage your assigned portfolio of HVC customers, by providing a proactive one-stop service, tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Have an always-on responsible gambling mindset in each and every interaction with the assigned HVC customers, so to provide with a safe gaming environment.
  • Proactively support HVC customers via phone, email and chat on a range of topics, such as promotion enquiries, helping with deposits, cashing out of funds, etc.
  • Use a data-driven approach to assess and monitor engagement, customer retention and reactivations, in line with the customer’s spending patterns, avoiding encouraging increased losses.
  • Assist and consult with the Compliance team to ensure 100% adherence with licensing requirements.
  • Manage complaints.
  • Meet pre-agreed productivity targets, focusing on quality.
  • Plan, scope and execute on gifts and events to retain your assigned portfolio of customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience within affiliate marketing, acquisition marketing, online marketing, or performance marketing in the online gaming industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Able to use initiative and be proactive.
  • Positive attitude and willing to take on a challenge.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. ​​​​​​​
  • Understands his/her direct impact and influence as a HVC Account Manager on company targets, brand reputation and HVC customer experience.
  • Brings a genuine passion for dealing with people of different cultures and nationalities and has a sound interest for data-driven and analytical work.
  • Has an outgoing personality and is a natural people connector, who brings charm and Witt to the role.
  • Has a creative mindset that drives innovation, efficient problem solving and helps keep his/her own and the team’s spirits up when dealing with ‘difficult’ customers.
  • Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive and achieve individual, team and company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Open to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays and willing to travel for work.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Oracle/Microstrategy knowledge
  • Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Can-do attitude and innovative thinking.

Offer

Basic gross salary £30-32K Euro. A tailored relocation package is on offer along with many other great benefits including an annual bonus, healthcare insurance, subsidised gym membership and continuous learning and development, 25 holidays plus 12 days of bank holidays. Relocation bonus of 2k payable within the first month salary.
