JOB TITLE – Bilingual German/ English Partner Marketing Consultant
REPORTS TO - Head of Partner Sales & Programs

Reporting into the Head of Partner Sales and Programs and joining a department of five, you will be responsible for contacting Partners to onboard them onto fully funded marketing campaigns and supporting them throughout to ensure they are using all elements of the funding and seeing real results through leads and closed sales. Essentially your role is to:
- Present our program and the value via web and phone to partners
- Be proactive and take ownership for all your communications with partners which includes calls to recruit IT resellers against agreed targets
- To clearly explain the concept of 'through channel marketing', to understand the mid channel marketing challenges and on-board partners end to end
- Effectively gathering and understanding partner structures to help build rapport with owners or marketing owners
- Provide regular reports and updates on partner pipeline
- Proactively build and share insights and best practices internally with a continuous improvement mindset
- Support and consult with partners with regards to leads generated
- Retain partners on the program and move them through the ‘success’ elements of the life cycle including auto sends and receipt / closed sales collection
- Take an active role in building and nurturing long term business relationships with partners
- Partner success visits and meetings might be required - face to face
- Support your manager and the Client Director to communicate directly with the client - occasionally preparing and presenting meetings
- Reviewing content in both English and German and providing input to help drive relevancy and engagement in Germany
Skills/Competencies we require:
- Fluency in German & English - any additional languages including speaking Dutch would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently whilst flexible enough to thrive in a start-up environment
- Proven sales ability including the establishment of new relationships
- Superior communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Results orientated with a hunger to achieve
- Team player with positive energy, who shows great initiative, and a get-it-done attitude
- Solid experience of working within the channel is preferred
- Ability to adapt communication style to a relevant audience
- Evidence of working to and exceeding commercial targets and objectives
